About Us
Digitizing workflows, Angular migration and project takeover.
CodeQuarter
More than 12 years building software: web applications for business workflows and Angular experience from version 2 to the current release.
CodeQuarter is the company of Tarkan Gökdal, freelance senior software engineer and tech lead. We build web applications for workflows that still run on spreadsheets, email or paper. We migrate and modernize AngularJS and Angular applications. And we take over stalled projects, lead the team and deliver.
Behind that sits full-stack experience with C# .NET, Java Spring Boot, Node.js/NestJS and AWS. We build AI-assisted with Claude Code – with fixed quality gates and high test coverage. Tell us about your workflow, application or project in a no-obligation intro call.
Our Vision
Software your team can still understand and extend five years from now – with clean architecture, tests and a clear handover.
Our Goals
Automate the work that still gets done by hand, bring existing applications up to date and ship projects that have stalled.
Our Mission
Understand your workflow or your code before changing anything – and say plainly what's worth doing and what isn't.
